"I have been to many dealerships in the past, even this one a few years ago and have not been the happiest camper, but my last few visits have been great. I dont know what happened but the crew there seems much more willing to help me and make me feel at home. I notice that most everyone is happy to be there, I like it! "Just want to say that from the moment I purchased my bike from Nick (sorry he's no longer there, because as I was looking around the showroom I waited for him to become free as he "sounded" to be the most knowledgable and BS free of all the sales people on the floor I listened too) to today, as I took a nice ride on my Busa ,I've been very happy with Honda of North Hollywood. The service people, especially Albert (and as of this last visit on Saturday dealing with Ryan) they have been stellar in the service they have provided to me. Both of these guys have gone above and beyond to get my bike taken care of and back on the road. I've not personally met the mechanics or the guys that clean the bike after service, but on both counts I have no complaints and only thanks for a job well done. I've also dealt with two cashiers that always left me with a smile. Please let all know that as a customer that likes good service for the money I spend , that if or when the time comes along that another bike tickles my fancy I really hope that you folks sell it! Keep up the good work"

"I was amazed when I first bought my 2005 Honda CBR600RR. The service was great and sales people were awesome. I couldnt go anywhere else but to Honda of North Hollywood. I was helped by Hugo and Manny, but Manny was the one who finalized my sale. I was happy with everything and everyone. I would definitly come back to get my new baby. Suzuki GSX-R750.
